1. Service Overview

We provide an automated software service that accepts broker price opinion (BPO) orders on your behalf. The service helps streamline order acquisition for agents and companies.

2. Payment Terms

  • The fee for standard BPO order acceptance is $3 USD per accepted order.

  • For conditional acceptance orders, including:

    • ZIP code–based acceptance

    • Exterior/Interior preference filtering

    • Pricing-based acceptance

  • For Interior orders, the fee is $5 USD per accepted order.

  • Clients are required to make payments weekly based on the number of orders accepted.
